Images and calculator inputs

When you select or drop an image, your browser reads the file locally. The checker inspects its dimensions and supported density metadata. The converter edits JPEG or PNG density metadata and lets you download a changed copy. Your original file is not overwritten, and the tools do not store your images or calculator inputs on a server.

Theme preference and optional analytics

The website uses your browser’s local storage to remember your light or dark theme preference and your analytics choice. You can remove these preferences by clearing this website’s data in your browser settings. The tools do not require an account.

On realdpicalculator.com, Google Analytics loads only after you select “Allow analytics”. It measures page visits and processes standard browser, device, and request information, including your IP address during transmission. It uses analytics cookies to distinguish visits. We do not send image files, file names, calculator inputs, or URL query strings to Analytics. Enhanced interaction measurement, Google signals, and advertising personalization are disabled. See Google’s privacy policy for its data handling.

You can reject analytics and continue using every tool. Your choice is remembered for up to 180 days. Use “Analytics settings” in the footer to change your choice; rejecting after accepting removes this website’s Google Analytics cookies and reloads the page to stop collection. This website shows no advertising.

Website requests

Cloudflare Web Analytics measures page visits and loading performance through a browser script. It does not read your image files or calculator inputs. See Cloudflare’s analytics documentation for details.

Loading a page sends standard request information, such as your IP address, browser information, and requested URL, to the service delivering the website. This is separate from the image files and calculator inputs processed locally. The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes request information to deliver and protect the website; see Cloudflare’s privacy policy for its data handling.

Email feedback

Messages sent to our feedback address are forwarded by Cloudflare Email Routing to a Gmail inbox. Your email address and anything you include in your message are processed by these email services. That information is used to respond to your question or investigate the issue you report. Avoid sending sensitive images or personal details that are not needed.
